About the Role: Ninja is excited to offer a Talent Acquisition position under the Tamheer program, designed to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and professional development in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration. Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks. | Requirements: Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
