About the Role

As a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Nirmal Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd., you will be working in the Sales & Business Development department, focusing on bidding and proposal management for various industrial sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in proposal preparation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients.
• Understand Technical Queries (TQs) and ensure their closure by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Prepare and ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client's requirements.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information & documentation.
• Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
