About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive at NoBroker, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into paying customers through phone calls and emails. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inbound calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, including call logs, email correspondence, and meeting notes
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide input on sales strategies and tactics
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field (0-1 year of experience is acceptable for recent graduates)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Secondary data analysis and interpretation skills
