Specialist - Logistics Quality Backoffice

About the Role

This Specialist - Logistics Quality Backoffice role is a key position within the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department at Nordex Group.

As a member of the Quality Logistics – Analytics and Support team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving processes to facilitate robust and reliable data processing, ensuring good data quality in Quality Logistics, and creating dashboards and reports to drive Nordex Quality transformation within outbound logistics.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with the technical support team to implement automated processes, define standards for data entry, and analyze technical reports and checklists to identify repetitive problems through data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and improve processes to facilitate robust and reliable data processing.
• Ensure good data quality in Quality Logistics by identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive Nordex Quality transformation within outbound logistics.
• Support the technical support team by implementing automated processes and defining standards for data entry.
• Analyze technical reports and checklists to identify repetitive problems through data analytics.
• Interlink different data sources to create a comprehensive view of logistics quality activities.
• Identify and implement AI tools to improve data management and quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data management, data quality, and associated processes.
• Expert in MS Power Platform (MS Power BI, MS Power App, MS Power Automate).
• Strong skills in creating Management reports incl. charts, presentation slides.
• Ability to manage KPIs and performance monitoring for logistics quality activities.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Upvise, MS Office Suite, Team Center; familiarity with ERP systems and digital quality platforms.
• Fluent in English & Tamil (spoken and written); additional Hindi language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science).
