About the Role
As a Management Trainee at Shriram Finance, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting entrepreneurs through financial solutions, and driving branch business growth.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the team to develop leadership and operational skills, build businesses, and contribute to the company's mission of 'Building Businesses. Building Communities. Building Your Career.'
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support entrepreneurs through financial solutions, such as loans and credit facilities.
- Drive branch business growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop leadership and operational skills through training and mentorship programs.
- Build businesses by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Contribute to the company's mission by participating in community development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical, EEE, Automobile, or Production engineering.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Male graduates only, aged up to 25 years (born on or after Jan 2001).
