About the Role

Seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Business Consultant to support our consulting team in delivering high-impact business and digital transformation solutions.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving business challenges, leveraging data-driven insights, and contributing to client success across industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements
• Support the development of business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting engagements and digital initiatives
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support decision-making
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of business and technology solutions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for client deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business processes and consulting methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred skills: Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau), understanding of digital transformation, cloud, or emerging technologies, familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies, internship or project experience in consulting or business analysis
