About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist for IT Infra Managed Services, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with CxO-level executives. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing account plans, generating demand, and closing deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of managed services to clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level executives and other key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the IT infrastructure or managed services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding existing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
