About the Role
The Business Development Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, focused on expanding Odissi Tech Global Solutions presence across EdTech and Enterprise IT Services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and managing lead generation activities across target segments.
The consultant will develop business plans, maintain a structured sales pipeline, and support negotiations to close deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to expand Odissi Tech Global Solutions presence across EdTech and Enterprise IT Services.
- Manage lead generation activities across target segments, including networking, digital outreach, and partnerships.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and prepare tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape solutions and develop business plans.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and support negotiations to close deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Regularly meet with clients, present solutions, and report on business development performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Business Planning, including market analysis and strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing pipelines through multiple channels.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into viable technology and education solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field.
- CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing business reports and projections.
