About the Role
As a Business Development Executive in Corporate Sales at Offistrip, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate sector. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales.
Day-to-day, you can expect to engage in market research, analyze industry trends, and develop targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and meet quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets and drive revenue growth in the corporate sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector, including CEOs, CMOs, and other high-level executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Offistrip's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date on market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets, including sales revenue and customer acquisition goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and their application in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
