About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Offline by Happy Hour, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for our social media platforms and website. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and attention to detail. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, including posts, stories, and reels, that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Develop and maintain our website's visual identity, including layout, typography, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Work on video editing projects, including creating thumbnails, captions, and other visual elements.
• Conduct research to stay informed about our target audience's preferences and interests.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
