About the Role
We are seeking an Operational Executive (Non-Voice) to join our team in Aminjikarai, Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end data entry with high accuracy
- Maintain and update records, databases & MIS reports
- Perform customer verification and validation (non-voice)
- Ensure proper data management and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Monitor data quality and fix errors on time
- Support daily operational tasks and targets

- Any Graduate qualification
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and English
