About the Role

As a DB Developer at OneStory, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-availability SQL environments that power real-time sales intelligence for mid-market enterprises across India.

Our DB developers work on intelligent data pipelines and scalable database architectures that feed analytics dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-driven forecasting engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, normalized SQL schemas for core CRM and revenue operations modules.
• Write, tune, and debug complex T-SQL/PL-SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support high-throughput transactional workloads.
• Optimize query performance using execution plans, indexing strategies, and partitioning schemes across large datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL/ELT pipelines that sync CRM, marketing, and finance data into warehouse environments.
• Implement data governance & audit logging policies to ensure compliance with internal SLAs and security standards.
• Support production DB environments — monitor performance, troubleshoot deadlocks, and execute schema migrations with zero downtime.
