About the Role

As an AI Engineer - Full Stack AI Backend & Infrastructure at OpenTalent, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack AI backend infrastructure using Python, AWS, and containerization tools. Your primary focus will be on building scalable and efficient AI systems, integrating machine learning models, and ensuring seamless backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack AI backend infrastructure using Python, AWS, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate machine learning models into the backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI engineering projects, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure AI systems, adhering to industry best practices and OpenTalent's coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI-related issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and trends, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth.
• Contribute to the development of AI engineering best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with model integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI engineering, machine learning, or cloud computing (AWS Certified Developer or Certified Data Scientist).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex AI-related issues.
