About the Role

As an HRS Service Delivery Administrator/Consultant at Optimum Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module to streamline HR processes and improve employee experiences. Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing the HRSD module, ensuring data integrity, and monitoring system performance. You will also work closely with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the HR Service Delivery module in ServiceNow to meet the organization's specific HR needs.
• Develop and maintain HR processes and workflows to ensure seamless integration with the HRSD module.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize data integrity.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and develop solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of the HRSD module and its features.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its full potential.

Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRS) module configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably with experience in ServiceNow or a similar HR service management platform.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
