About the Role

As an Oracle Systems Analyst, you will be working closely with customers to deliver post-sales support and solutions for Oracle products. This role involves resolving technical and non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as interfacing with customer IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, understanding and advocating for their needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Interface with customer IT staff regularly, on site or remotely, to resolve technical issues.
• Work with senior engineers and management to resolve moderately complex technical problems relating to Oracle products.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product releases to enhance support capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Oracle products and services, including Oracle DB.
• Proficiency in Express.js, Python, and SQL programming languages.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with customers and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
