About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Orell Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Day-to-day, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product offerings and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress and identify areas for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Certification in sales and marketing, such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Salesforce Administrator
