About the Role

As an HR Executive at PANSARI INDUSTRIES, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless employee experiences and efficient HR processes. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee data, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations, using HRMS software.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, including PF and ESIC contributions.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and termination letters.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders to resolve HR-related queries and issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
