About the Role

This full-time on-site position is based in Kochi and involves supporting civil and structural engineering projects through activities such as preparing and reviewing design documentation, assisting in detailing for concrete reinforcement and structural steel, and contributing to BIM and CAD workflows as required.

The role requires collaboration with engineering teams, maintaining accurate project records, following established standards and processes, and supporting quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.

The candidate will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues, participate in knowledge-sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design documentation for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Assist in detailing for concrete reinforcement and structural steel.
• Contribute to BIM and CAD workflows as required.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate project records and compliance with project specifications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in civil/structural engineering principles.
• Understanding of structural design workflows.
• Familiarity with concrete reinforcement (rebar) detailing, structural steel detailing, or related drafting and fabrication documentation.
• Exposure to BIM tools or pre-construction CAD software commonly used in engineering and construction projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
