HR Intern - Learning & Development (L&D)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic MBA graduate (Fresher) to join our Learning & Development team as a full-time intern.
This role is primarily focused on L&D administration while providing hands-on exposure to core L&D initiatives, offering an excellent learning opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR/L&D.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day L&D administrative activities.
- Coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Assist with learning programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide support for L&D reporting and data management.
- Gain exposure to core L&D processes and contribute to ongoing projects.
What You'll Need
- MBA graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Interest in Learning & Development and HR.
