About the Role
As a Customer Care Officer at Parasmani Consultancy, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Provide product or service information to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed and relevant support to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or telecalling environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
