About the Role

As a Motor Vehicle Mechanic at Parsha Motors, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy. Your day-to-day tasks will involve inspecting vehicles, identifying problems, and implementing solutions using a combination of technical knowledge and hands-on skills.

You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
• Inspect vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend maintenance or repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid refilling.
• Assemble and repair machinery, including engines and other components.
• Use technical documentation, such as blueprints and repair manuals, to guide your work.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all vehicles meet our quality and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the field of motor vehicle repair.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. automotive technology) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) if required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as blueprints and repair manuals.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
