SALES Junior MIS Executive Online Sales & Planning

About the Role

This Junior MIS Executive role is responsible for supporting daily PO and Indent Planning for online sales channels, preparing and maintaining MIS reports, and developing dashboards to monitor sales and operational performance.

As a key member of the team, you will analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock and operational issues, and support continuous process improvements through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily PO and Indent plans based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Track SKU-wise sales, stock availability, and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain accurate dashboards for management review.
• Generate daily operational and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock and operational issues.
• Monitor data accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts and Data Analysis).
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.
