About the Role

As a Recruitment Intern at Partex.AI, you will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination. You will work closely with the recruitment team to identify top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various IT roles
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Screen candidates and provide feedback to the recruitment team
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and plans
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
