About the Role
This Full Stack Engineer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power AI-driven pathology workflows. The engineer will implement front-end user interfaces, build and integrate back-end services and APIs, and optimize performance and reliability across the stack.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, maintain clean and testable code, and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end web applications that power AI-driven pathology workflows.
- Implement front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Build and integrate back-end services and APIs, working with databases and integrating cloud services.
- Optimize performance and reliability across the stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain clean and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
- Experience delivering production-grade web applications.
- Solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating cloud services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with secure, compliant handling of healthcare data and interoperable systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
