QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team at Pattem Digital in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through manual and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to understand product requirements and develop test plans.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce testing time.
• Identify and report defects to development teams, and work with them to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test data and environments to support testing efforts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
