About the Role
In this CRM Executive- Sales role at People Consultancy Services (PCS), you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
As a CRM Executive, you will work closely with the sales team to analyze customer data, generate reports, and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Generate reports to track customer interactions, sales performance, and business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer data management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
