About the Role
As an Hr Recruiter at PERSONAL NETWORK., you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing profiles, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final interviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of staffing, talent acquisition, and HR consulting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
