About the Role
As an HR Trainee Recruiter at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include making cold calls to potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find the best fit for our company.
Your primary goal will be to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, while also building a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Make cold calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in the role and assess their qualifications.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to determine the most suitable candidates for the position.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Bullhorn.
- Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
