About the Role
As a Recruitment Associate at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining a database of potential candidates. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. You will also be involved in creating job postings and managing the recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, including tracking candidate progress and updating the database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
