About the Role
As a Recruitment Executive at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to source and select the best candidates.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
Ultimately, your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and deliver high-quality hires that meet the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability and make job offers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recruitment and hiring experience (0-4 years).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
