About the Role
As a Recruitment Trainee at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, and developing job descriptions. You will work closely with the recruitment team to identify top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings
- Evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify top talent
- Develop job descriptions and requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools (e.g. HRIS, ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
