The ideal candidate for this role should:BTech/ BE from Tier-I & II collegesExperience in SQL, Python, MS ExcelExperience with Statistical modeling such as Decision Trees, XGBoost etc. preferredBe agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressivelyStrong analytical acumen and problem solvingBe highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goalsThrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environmentWhat to expect from this role:Build Risk strategies to manage Fraud and Credit Risk for Lending businessEvaluate alternate data sources to solidify the risk managementBuild the best risk modelsBe able to clearly communicate results and recommendations to various stakeholdersEvaluate the effectiveness of the solutions and improve upon them in a continuous mannerWe expect them to have a mix of a strong technical background and to have a keen eye for business implications of their work
