International Voice | Customer Support

About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Support team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chats, providing support and resolving customer concerns with professionalism, and assisting customers in navigating online portals.
You will be working in a rotational US shift, which means you will be required to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, to cater to our international customers.
This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career with a leading MNC and gain valuable experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide support and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Assist customers in navigating online portals.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and achieve performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher with a degree in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational US shifts.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
