About the Role

As an HR & Business Development Intern at Plexobit Software Solutions Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
