AI Software Engineer Remote

About the Role

This AI Software Engineer position at Pluvus involves building and improving AI systems that power the company's creator marketing platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing agentic workflows, AI-powered creator sourcing, and long-running AI workflows that maintain state and context over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step AI workflows involving reasoning, planning, tool usage, and execution.
• Develop and improve AI systems that interact with APIs, external services, and real-world business processes.
• Build reliable LLM applications that balance speed, cost, and accuracy.
• Manage conversational memory, long-term context, and structured knowledge for AI agents.
• Evaluate AI systems, measure quality, identify regressions, and improve prompts or workflows over time.
• Use AI extensively throughout your development workflow to increase engineering velocity.
• Take ownership of large problems, break them into smaller executable pieces, and deliver working products.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in building production AI systems.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing multi-step AI workflows.
• Knowledge of AI systems that interact with APIs, external services, and real-world business processes.
• Understanding of reliable LLM applications and their trade-offs.
• Ability to manage conversational memory, long-term context, and structured knowledge for AI agents.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools.
