About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the PolicyBazaar team and provide dedicated customer support for health insurance documentation and related queries.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to address health insurance-related queries.
  • Assist customers with health insurance documentation, including policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and claim forms.
  • Explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in a simple manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and underwriting for timely issue resolution.
  • Collect and verify required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track customer requests and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric service experience.

What You'll Need

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance products and documentation (preferred).
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Resume Tip

A graduate in any discipline is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
