Functional resource Role (Fresher)

About the Role

In this Functional Resource role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and implementing accounting standards, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support to the finance team. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data entry, reconciliations, and analysis of financial statements. You'll work closely with the finance team to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintenance of accounting records in Tally ERP.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Reconcile financial statements and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Provide support to the finance team in implementing process changes and identifying areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with Tally ERP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
