About the Role
As a Client Relations Team Leader at Prioji's Consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing the client relations team, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. You will also be expected to lead and manage a team of client relations executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client relations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of client relations executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations and customer service.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing a team of client relations executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Certification in customer service or client relations is a plus.
