About the Role

As a Stock & receivable audit professional at Pro Accountants, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of a company's stock and receivables to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stock and receivable audits to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in the company's financial processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement recommendations for improving financial processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Accounting and finance degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CA or CMA would be an added advantage.
