About the Role
As an Admin Trainee (Contractor) at ProArch, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports the Administration and Operations department with day-to-day administrative activities. Your tasks will involve providing administrative support for daily office operations, maintaining office records, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including maintaining office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining trackers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for administrative requirements, such as office supplies and facilities management.
- Support employee onboarding activities and administrative documentation, including handling basic MIS reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager, such as coordinating courier services and visitor management.
- Assist in managing office supplies, stationery inventory, and purchase requests to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of office administration processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-service orientation.
