About the Role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work on impactful HR projects related to employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, learning & development, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support HR projects and strategic initiatives
- Assist in employee engagement and organizational development programs
- Work on recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities
- Support learning & development and training initiatives
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes
- Deliver project outcomes that contribute to business objectives
What You'll Need
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Currently Pursuing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and ownership mindset
- Organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
