About the Role

As an HR Operations Fresher at Prodemic Technologies, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packets and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
