Human Resources Intern

About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern at Product Space, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee experience and retention. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR and want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including creating welcome packets, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and benefits.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR databases, including employee information, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
• Support the offboarding process for departing employees, including coordinating exit interviews, returning company property, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and maintain descriptions for job postings, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents.
