About the Role

As a Full-Stack Software Development Intern at Prop Pie, you will be working on building and maintaining the company's real estate fractional ownership platform. This involves developing and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions using a range of technologies including Next.js, React, and AWS Lambda. You will work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and test software components, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack software solutions using Next.js, React, and AWS Lambda.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using DynamoDB and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software components using TypeScript and other relevant technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize technical tasks, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and learning.
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and knowledge to ensure knowledge retention and transfer.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of full-stack software development principles and practices.
  • Experience with Next.js, React, and AWS Lambda.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and practices, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with DynamoDB and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript and other relevant programming languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
