About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders of Purna AI, a cutting-edge AI research lab focused on Life Sciences R&D. As a Founder's Office (Growth & GTM) Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's building AI to accelerate scientific discoveries and improve human health.

Day-to-day, you'll partner closely with the founders to figure out how to earn attention, build credibility, create community, and reach top scientists in the AI and life sciences ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness across the AI and life sciences ecosystem.
• Identify creative ways to reach researchers, biotech companies, and AI practitioners.
• Build and nurture a community of top scientists, researchers, and technical leaders.
• Prospect and research high-value accounts, customers, and strategic partners.
• Track the rapidly evolving AI x Biology landscape and identify emerging trends, companies, research, and opportunities.
• Read research papers, technical blogs, and industry reports—and distill key insights into actionable recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Computer Science).
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with biology, biotechnology, or life sciences—or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and analyze research papers, technical blogs, and industry reports.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software.

What You'll Learn

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in growth, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and company building. You'll work directly with the founders, interact with world-class researchers, and learn about the latest AI breakthroughs in the Life Sciences domain.
