About the Role
A Kronos Workforce Management Specialist at PwC Acceleration Centers plays a crucial role in streamlining workforce operations. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and implement Kronos Timekeeping solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Kronos Timekeeping solutions to meet business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure smooth business operations.
- Test and troubleshoot Kronos Timekeeping solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Kronos Timekeeping solutions, including user guides and technical manuals.
- Manage accruals and activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Kronos Timekeeping solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business analysis and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
