About the Role

As a Kronos Workforce Management Specialist at PwC Acceleration Centers, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Kronos Workforce Management systems to optimize business processes and improve employee productivity. Your day-to-day tasks will involve configuring and testing the system, gathering business requirements, and providing functional support to stakeholders. You will also be involved in documenting system configurations and testing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and test Kronos Workforce Management systems to meet business requirements.
• Provide functional support to stakeholders on Kronos Workforce Management system configuration and usage.
• Document system configurations and testing results to ensure smooth system operation.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders to inform Kronos Workforce Management system design and configuration.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and testing results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos Workforce Management system with other business systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues and provide timely support to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Management system or similar HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
