About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at QBE Consulting in Gurgaon. This is a full-time opportunity that requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Creating, shooting, editing, and publishing reels, videos, and short-form content
• Designing social media creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Writing engaging captions, hooks, and marketing copy
• Scheduling content and managing community engagement
• Tracking trends, analyzing content performance, and optimizing strategies
• Updating and maintaining our WordPress websites using Elementor
• Publishing and optimizing SEO content using Yoast SEO or Rank Math
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
• Learning and supporting CRM, analytics, and performance marketing activities

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong skills in social media marketing, content writing, and video editing
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and WordPress
