HR Recruiter

About the Role
As a Recruiter at QHT Clinic, you will support the talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various clinical and non-clinical roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Draft, edit and publish job descriptions on job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic / video / in-person).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding status updates and offer details.
- Support onboarding activities with HR team.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers or 0-1 year experience in recruitment / HR support preferred.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
