4. Support relationship management activities, client onboarding, documentation, and follow-up processes.

5. Create and review financial content, investor communications, educational materials, and knowledge resources.

6. Conduct research and analysis on mutual funds, financial products, industry trends, and market developments.

7. Monitor regulatory updates, compliance requirements, and industry guidelines relevant to wealth management and financial services.

8. Maintain and update documentation, process workflows, reports, and operational records.

9. Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, tracking, and operational support.

10. Assist in developing and improving advisor tools, workflows, and internal processes.

11. Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to support platform growth and client success.

12. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help build scalable systems for the financial ecosystem.
